These terms apply to all purchases and quotation requests made through the UPPER-LAND website.
Orders
An order is a binding offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Product images are illustrative; natural products vary in size, colour and appearance.
Prices and quantity pricing
Prices are shown in our base currency and include or exclude VAT as stated at checkout. Quantity tiers apply automatically to each product line. Prices in other currencies are approximate and for information only.
Wholesale quotations
Quotations for business orders are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to availability. Volume-based pricing on the website is available to everyone; commercial quotations are issued separately for larger business orders.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once payment is received.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect goods on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
