Shipping
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and are shown before you pay. Fresh produce is packed in ventilated cartons and dispatched quickly to protect quality.
Free shipping applies automatically where the order reaches the threshold shown for your shipping zone.
Returns
Because most of our products are fresh or food products, they cannot be returned for change of mind once delivered. If a product arrives damaged, spoiled or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-food items in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
