Description
Pressed slowly at low temperature from whole Egyptian nigella seeds, then filtered and bottled in amber glass to protect it from light. Intense, peppery and slightly bitter.
The story
Black seed oil has been part of Egyptian home traditions for generations, pressed in small mills in towns along the Nile.
