Description
Large, naturally sweet navel oranges with a deep orange peel that comes away easily. The segments are tender and usually seedless — the orange families reach for first.
Hand-picked in the main winter season and packed in 10 kg cartons.
The story
Navel oranges open the Egyptian citrus season. Growers in the Delta pick them from early winter, when cool nights deepen the colour of the peel and concentrate the sugars inside.
